{"id":1810,"date":"2025-08-13T13:35:13","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T10:35:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ranlp.org\/ranlp2025\/?page_id=1810"},"modified":"2025-08-25T14:28:29","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T11:28:29","slug":"instructions-for-presenters","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ranlp.org\/ranlp2025\/index.php\/instructions-for-presenters\/","title":{"rendered":"Instructions for presenters"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oral presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presenters are expected to bring their presentations on a USB stick in the coffee break <strong>10 minutes before the session starts<\/strong> and to liaise with the session Chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The length of long presentations (<strong>regular papers<\/strong>) is: 20 minutes presentation + 5 minutes questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The length of short presentations (<strong>short papers<\/strong>): 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Poster presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The poster stands have the following size : <strong>A0, vertical<\/strong> (portrait orientation). Please <strong>make sure that you fix your poster before your poster session.<\/strong> Please check the conference programme for more details. Poster presenters should stand next to their posters during most of their session. When the poster session finishes, presenters are asked to remove their posters.<br><strong>Posters A0 can be printed in Varna for about 25 euro (Send the poster file in PDF format to <a href=\"mailto:poster@ranlp.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">poster@ranlp.org<\/a>. One day is needed to print it.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Demo presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The demos will take place during the poster sessions. The organisers will provide \u0430 table, two chairs per demo, a poster stand (<strong>size A0<\/strong>, portrait orientation), access to main sockets and Internet connection. The presenters should bring their own laptops and show the demos on them. All demos will be presented in parallel during the allocated time. Please <strong>make sure that you are in the demo hall 10 minutes before the session starts<\/strong>.
