RANLP invites submission of papers containing original research results that has not been published elsewhere. The submissions will be maintained by the conference management software START<\/a>.
The reviewing process will be anonymous, except for the demos submissions. Double submission is acceptable but authors will be asked to declare it at the time of submission. Submissions will be reviewed by at least three members of the Programme Committee. Authors of accepted papers will receive guidelines regarding how to produce camera-ready versions of their papers for inclusion in the proceedings. The full conference proceedings will be uploaded on the ACL Anthology<\/strong>. Every accepted paper will have a DOI number<\/strong>.

Conference Management System<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

RANLP publishes Regular papers 8 pages (with 30 min oral presentation), Short papers 6 pages (with 20 min oral presentation), and Poster\/Demo papers 4 pages (with presentation in a poster or demo session). Additional pages are allowed for references only. RANLP 2025 aims to provide early notification of acceptance to authors and presenters who need visa to enter Bulgaria. We invite early submissions of authors\u2019 names and paper abstracts, in order to plan quick reviewing. Access to the conference management software is available now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submission Format<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main body includes text, figures and tables. All submissi\u043ens are made electronically as PDF<\/strong> files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reviewing process will be blind, except for the demo submissions. The papers must not include the authors’ names and affiliations, neither self-references that reveal the authors’ identity. Please avoid “We previously proved (James, 2025) \u2026”, and use instead citations such as “James previously proved (James 2025)\u2026”. Papers that do not conform with these requirements will be rejected without review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to keep compliance with the ACL anthology we require that submitted papers follow strictly the ACL-based template files however please note that the RANLP requirements for paper length are different and you need to comply with what is provided on this page<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
